Total Care Management (TCWM) specializes in maintaining and repairing your wagon fleet.
TCWM does business with certified mobile workshops, across Europe. This all in such manner that the availability of you wagons is maximized.
TCWM also arranges financial handlings for you. TCWM will take care of costs with wagon owner, the railway undertaking, TCWM itself and other parties involved. This all according to GCU legislation.
All revisions, greasing activities and repairs by TCWM are archived and can be consulted at all times as described by ECM.

Total Care Wagon Management and ECM

All ECM activities are being outsourced to ECM for Wagon Care B.V. and Grawaco B.V. TCWM has developed a maintenance / archiving system that ensures that each wagon undergoes the proper maintenance and revision cycles. All this data is archived with its historical development and if needed analyzed. TCWM can perform this task for other car owners if requested.
